Bug Carcass

You are a bug carcass

Dead inside and a useless irritant

You take up space but your inner rot permeates everything you come in contact with

The only use for your decayed soul

Is to insidiously poison anything-or anyone- around you

I do not know if I have the patience to outlast your stench

Or to wait around just to see how your careless cruelty finally hastens your total decomposition

Obliterating you from every facet of existence

Perhaps then I will finally feel a moment of peace
