Jimmy Butler saved the day;

The Warriors have advanced.

My house could be a funeral —

Instead it’s a celebration dance.

His acumen is razor sharp;

His basketbal IQ is fire.

When he tells Buddy “stop dribbling the ball”,

My laughter can’t go higher.

Jimmy scores at will but wants to pass:

A legend at the free-throw line he’s become.

If the Warrior’s keep their foot on the gas,

The playoffs will be fun.

But even if the team falls short this year,

I’ll thank him for what he has done.

He took a team with a losing record,

And showed them how games are won.

Jimmy Butler you’re a shining star.

I am your biggest fan!
