Just Breathe

Inhale courage, exhale fear

Meditate to find what path is clear

Take control- it’s your boat to steer

In this crazy maze called life

Don’t forget to breathe

It calms your soul

Breath in breath out when the storm clouds roll

And you will keep your identity

From fracturing in front of the world to see

Breath in breath out and relax your mind

By doing the act I believe you will find

That the things which torment you will dissolve

And the problems pursuing you will resolve

The sun will shine setting you free

Breathe in, breathe out and you can just be.
