Time, she marches on without any fuss

But leaves behind treasures just for us-

Clear memories of the life that we shared

Of times we were weak and of times we dared.

We bring memories out and relive our life-

Relive all our joy, relive all our strife.

We learn from these lessons: adapting our plan.

We learn to walk when before we just ran.

Time teaches patience-her truth will win out.

We learn when to whisper-learn when to shout.

But time waits for no one always moving on.

Before one knows it, time she’s almost gone,

And no matter how stoic,no matter how brave,

When time is finished, we all face the grave.

So treasure the time you are given to spend:

Life life to its fullest: beginning to end.
